Hi Dynasty Roof, Although I missed half of the Roof removal and the entire replacement of it …! I could tell from my neighbors, on how the process went uneventful except for some Florida weather, which Dynasty can’t control. Also very happy with the customer service, specially Erin Shipman with the follow up call. Very professional. The entire process came and went smoothly and very happy with outcome. I have and will refer Dynasty Roof without a doubt. Very professional outfit. Many thanks for the appeal process with Home Insurance. All around graceful for your service.
