Dynasty kept me informed of the process in writing, both by email and standard postal mail. They also communicated by phone. Only hurdle was the removal of the dumpster truck which only took an extra day than initially projected. Both, the office personnel and the field personnel were helpful and professional. Whenever I had questions, they went out of their way to obtain an answer for me.
