Pleasantly Surprised
From start to finish we were very pleased with the ease of the process to replace our roof with Dynasty. In today's world, it seems you go into any large project assuming you are going to have a bad experience. The exact opposite can be said for the project we had them do. Everyone involved made sure it was a hassle free and easy process. From Kara and Roger getting the process started and Alana in the office who always made sure we were informed, to Donnie and Jon who supervised the actual job. Everyone we encountered at Dynasty were were all fantastic professionals as well as the unnamed work crew who were friendly and happy. All that's left now is the gutters and I'm sure that will go just as smooth.
