Patrick/Donnie As the neighbor of a recent Dynasty client, observing the project and comparing it to the work completed by your competition to a roof replacement made on our home offered an extreme difference. A few sImple observations: Planking placed on the driveway to ensure little or no damage occurred No heavy equipment parked on driveway overnight 4 X 8 sheets of plywood protecting the dwelling (windows, doors, fixtures ) while removing roofing tiles Removal and replacement of gutters / downspouts (ladder damage to our home by selected provider) Daily clean up to the job site and surrounding homes Consideration the workforce extended Replacing a 10,000 sq ft tile roof is a consuming task. The difference between the company we utilized and Dynasty was noticeable. Dynasty employees were considerate of the neighborhood. No loud music, no leftover trash blowing through the neighborhood at day's end, materials stacked daily, employees were friendly and considerate. Clean up: little or no damage to gutters downspouts, lanai screens, no damage to other property (nails in driving lanes) in the neighborhood. Next roof we need to replace, Dynasty will be our first call
