From day one to the last call I got from Victoria, everyone at Dynasty was very competent, professional, helpful and caring. I felt all those that had a part in re-roofing my home treated my roof and surrounding areas as if was their own. There were a few "minor" glitches, but they were handled immediately and above my satisfaction. Dealing with the office was extremely easy. Every one I spoke to was very understanding and professional. Dealing with the public is hard (I have had to do it) but these office ladies never stopped putting me "first", listening and caring. KUDOS to everyone who had a part in the roofing of my home. I will recommend Dynasty to anyone needing a new roof.
