Roofing experience
A storm caused extensive damage in our neighborhood. Most homeowners got their roofs replaced right away through their insurance. Our insurance denied our claim and others in our community as well., Dynasty offered options to get the roof pending our lawsuit outcome and make payments but we opted to work with the legal system. It took 2 years for our case to settle but in the end we got an award. Dynasty was easy to deal with. Someone answered the phone every time I called. The crew on site doing the roofing work was fabulous. I would want Rafael on every job site if I was Dynasty.
